Marry me (poem)   5 comments

In the evening when the sun is low,
you took my hand and we walked slow,
the sky looked gorgeous,
just like that smile of yours.
The colour of silver, purple, orange and pink,
how pretty is the colour of the sky.
Our feet were bare,
our hands were too,
but our hearts were clad in love and joys.

Suddenly, so suddenly, you ran and you laughed.
I asked myself a question; what is she doing?
Then you kneeled and scribbled something in the sand;
~I love you!~ It says.
I smiled and wrote something under it;
~Please Marry Me!~ It reads.

  4. I would write these words for you. Not only in the sand, also into the sky but my favorite is to write it into your heart ;)
